It’s also highly customizable, allowing me to tailor the software to the specific needs of your industry. Additionally, QuickBooks Online offers the advantage of enabling collaborative work. If you’re not currently using QBO, part of the onboarding process will be to get your information migrated into QBO.
How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of my financial data?
QuickBooks Online accounting software utilizes top bank-level security along with hard-disk encryption. All financial records are kept securely with restricted access, to safeguard your information. Documents and financial statements are also collected, stored, and shared on the cloud with 24/7 private access from any device. I take the security and confidentiality of your financial data seriously. I adhere to professional ethics and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Will I have direct access to a live person when I need assistance?
Yes, I prioritize personal attention and prompt communication. You will have direct access so I can ensure that your concerns are addressed by a live person without the hassle of automated systems or receptionists.

Can you help me with my payroll management?
Absolutely. I offer comprehensive payroll management services, including accurate payroll processing, tax withholdings, payroll tax filings, and issuing pay stubs to your employees. I can also work with your outside payroll provider. It would only require accessing reports to make payroll entries in QuickBooks Online.

What are your meeting formats?

My desirable meeting format is virtual meetings conducted through Zoom, which allows me to connect with clients regardless of their location. This virtual format offers the convenience of saving time and eliminating the need for travel. However, in rare instances for local businesses in the greater Seattle area, I can also arrange in-person meetings are accessible and tailored to your needs.
How much does it cost to hire you as our bookkeeper?

I believe in providing transparent and fair pricing based on the scope of services you require. I do have a minimum fee of $375 per month. Rest assured that no account is too small or insignificant for me. I value all of my clients and am eager to help you achieve your financial goals.
